Consulting is available to assist in upgrading quality, rate or any part of the plastic processing unit from material handling to end product processing. R. With this service, your present system capabilities will be examined and evaluated for the most economical solution that accomplishes the customer's goals. Computer application along with years of successful experience allows R. Dray Mfg. to be your one source for plastic processing.
Custom Designed Components
We can manufacture extrusion and injection screws to any configuration. Our capacity to machine screws from 3/4" to 26 inch diameter and 45 feet in length is unmatched in the industry today. Our in house design team can custom design screws for your applications, or we can manufacture a screw from your own design specifications. R. Dray is the only manufacturer to Unconditionally Guarantee our own designs. If you are not satisfied with the performance of your product, you may return it for full credit.
OEM feed screw and component manufacturing requirements and tolerances are routinely practiced at R. Dray Mfg. We were instrumental in developing many of the machining, welding and tolerancing techniques used in the industry today.
